Helping clients pursue justice with informed support
Tiesha Rodriguez is a paralegal at Gian-Grasso & Tomczak Immigration Law Group. She brings extensive administrative and bookkeeping experience to her role, along with a personal commitment to helping people advocate for themselves and their families.
Her firsthand awareness of injustice within the criminal justice system inspired her to pursue a career centered on equal access to justice. At GTILG, she supports the firm’s attorneys and clients throughout immigration matters that can have lasting consequences for their families, stability, and futures.
An organized approach to legal support
Tiesha has worked in administrative and bookkeeping positions since 2007. This experience strengthened the organizational, communication, and record-management skills she brings to her work as a paralegal.
She understands that immigration cases often involve detailed documentation, important deadlines, and unfamiliar legal procedures. Tiesha helps support the firm’s casework with care while contributing to a respectful and responsive client experience.
Education and professional development
Tiesha graduated from Thomas A. Edison High School in Philadelphia in 2006. She earned a Business Office Operations certificate from DPT Business School in 2007.
In 2018, Tiesha received her Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from American InterContinental University. Her studies expanded her knowledge of the justice system and reinforced her desire to assist people facing consequential legal concerns.
She became a Notary Public in 2020.
Personal background
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Tiesha has a deep connection to her community and a firsthand understanding of the challenges many local families face. This, combined with her professional expertise, allows her to build meaningful relationships with those she works with.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Tiesha ensures that clients can communicate in the language they feel most comfortable in, making even the most complex legal processes feel clear and manageable.
