Eliseo earned his Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, in 2019. Before joining GTILG, he worked as an attorney in the Dominican Republic, gaining experience in tax and civil law.
His legal education and professional background help him analyze complex matters, prepare detailed case materials, and provide reliable support throughout the immigration process.
